肾素-血管紧张素系统及其代谢片段间相互作用的研究概况

摘要 1 血管紧张素主要代谢产物及生物学作用 血管紧张素原在肝脏合成并分泌入血,经肾小球旁细胞分泌的肾素裂解成十肽的Ang Ⅰ,在氨基肽酶（Aminopep tidase,AMP）、ACE、ACE2和中性内肽酶（Neutralendopep tidase,NEP）作用下分别生成去天门冬氨酸AngⅠ、AngⅡ和Ang1-7,随后由不同的酶进一步水解生成一系列代谢产物,包括Ang Ⅲ、Ang Ⅳ、
