The Thought of Factors Affecting the Non-agricultural Employment of Land-losers,Set the Southern Area of Jiangsu Province as an Example

失地农民是新农村建设中的一个重要问题,解决失地农民的非农就业问题是重中之重。文章通过对江苏苏南地区失地农民非农就业的影响因素分析,如就业结构不平衡、转移费用昂贵、乡镇企业疲软和巨大心理压力等,针对性地提出了解决失地农民非农就业的政策性建议。

Land-loser is an important issue for the construction of new countryside. Employment of land-loser in non-agriculture is an important work. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the non-agricultural employment of the land-losers in the southern area of Jiangsu Province, such as strnetural imbalance of employment, expensive transfer costs, weak township enterprises and enormous psychological pressure and so on, policy recommendations on non-agricultural employment of land-losers were put forward in the paper.
