摘要
文章阐述了现阶段我国农村人力资源数量较大、质量较低和配置不合理等特点,进而分析了农村人力资源开发的理论基础,最后提出了建设社会主义新农村背景下农村人力资源开发的几点对策与建议。
The characteristics of rural resources of human beings in current China was described in the paper, i.e., large number, poor quality and unreasonable distribution. Then the theoretical basis of utilization of rural resources of human beings was analyzed. Some measures and suggestions on utilization of rural resources of human beings were put forward at the end.
