摘要
我国县乡桥梁的设计承载能力普遍较低,很少达到国家标准规定的设计值,即使有的达到了,某些指标又有所下降。所以当重车或地震出现,桥梁的安全性能就受到严重的威胁,导致桥梁因超载而倒塌等事件时有发生。因此,为提高县乡桥梁的抗震能力,不仅要完善设计制度,而且要不断提高设计标准及承载能力。文章分析了桥梁震害的特点和规律以及设计建造中存在的主要问题,提出了县乡桥梁减震防灾的对策。

So, in order to propose the antidetonation ability of the bridge of county township, should not merely improve the system of designing, and should improve the design standard and beating capacity constantly. The article has analyzed the characteristic and law of the earthquake of the bridge and designed the subject matter that exist while building, countermeasure of proposing taking precautions against natural calamities in bridge shock attenuation of county township.
