超高速摄影仪中铝转镜的模态分析

在有限元计算技术基础上,利用动力学理论提出了超高速摄影仪中转镜的模态分析方法,它能够较为精确模拟出任何结构转镜的固有频率及对应的振型.对三面体铝合金转镜的模拟结果表明,运用该方法设计转镜的临界点,可保证实际运转中临界点出现在选定的转速范围.

The modal analysis method based on the finite element for the rotating mirror of ultra-high speed camera was brought up by using the kinetics theory.This method can simulates accurately the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration models of mirror.And the calculating results from three-face aluminous mirror indicate that the critical points of new mirror may be guaranteed in the select speed range.
