摘要
探索性因素分析结果表明,基层边防警官工作满意度问卷包含10个维度,分别是:内部公平、工作认同、权益保障、晋升与发展、工资福利、同事关系、环境与资源、学习与培训、领导与管理和工作本身。最后确定的问卷由41个题项构成,总问卷α系数达到0.9187,总问卷与效标题相关显著,相关系数为0.618。说明本问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为测量基层边防警官工作满意度的依据。
The Questionnaire has been developed on the basis of the data of border - control policeman' s feelings on their job. The conclusion of exploratory factor analysis confirms that Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for the Grass Roots Border- control Policeman consisted of 10 dimensions, they are: fairness, vocation identification, rights and interests ensurance,promotion & development,salary, colleague relationship, working condition & resource, vocational study & training, leadership & management and job nature. The final questionnaire contains 41 items, αcoefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.9187 ,there is a significant correlation between the total questionnaire score and the criterion item score, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 618. That is to say, this questionnaire has good reliability and validity,can be used for the grass roots border -control policeman.
