An Informetric Analysis of the Citations based on ISI-ESI——The Quantitative Investigation on the Rank of Citations to Chinese Authors Leaping to World Top 5

摘要 基于ISI-ESI数据库的22个学科划分和引文数据,对中国中长期科技发展计划提出中国引文数要进入世界前5位的目标进行了按学科分解的信息计量分析,得出各学科需要提高的引文数倍数分别约为:农业科学5.53、生物学和生物化学8.01、化学1.55、临床医学7.14、计算机科学2.02、经济学和商学2.39、工程1.62、环境与生态学3.07、地球科学2.74、免疫学21.62、材料科学0.97、数学1.14、微生物学9.06、分子生物学和遗传学12.54、综合交叉学科1.22、神经科学和行为科学11.72、药理学和毒物学4.67、物理学2.06、植物和动物科学4.91、精神病学与心理学5.14、社会科学总论2.69、空间科学7.09,总引文数则应达到占世界总量的7%. Based on ISI-ESI' s 22 fields and the data of citations, for Chinese aim at world top 5 of citations in scientific and technical long planning, with the informetric methodology, the author concludes that the citations will multiply by agricultural sciences5.53, biology & biochemistry 8.01, chemistry 1.55, clinical medicine 7.14, computer science 2.02, economics & business 2.39, engineering 1.62, environment/ecology 3.07, geoseiences 2.74, immunology 21.62, material sciences 0.97, mathematics1.14, microbiology 9.06, molecular biology & genetics 12.54, multidisciplinary 1.22, neuroscience & behavior 11.72, pharmacology & toxicology 4.67, physics 2.06, plant & animal science 4.91, psychiatry/psychology 5.14, social sciences(general) 2.69, and space science 7.09, with total citations of China being 7 % of the world total citations.
