Based on the investigation and expert forum, this paper retrospects to China＇s S＆T information field and makes a comprehensive analysis of its present condition in perspective of industrial structure and situation, using SWOT method ofcompetitive intelligence, deeply dissects the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge of China＇ s S＆T information industry, preliminarily approaches the feasible development countermeasures.
