2型糖尿病患者龈沟液白细胞介素-1β检测的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较2型糖尿病患者与健康者龈沟液白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的差异,以及IL-1β与糖代谢状况的关系,探讨2型糖尿病患者易患牙周炎的可能原因。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(EL ISA)测定30例2型糖尿病患者和30例全身健康者龈沟液IL-1β含量,用高效液相层析法测定2型糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者龈沟液IL-1β含量高于健康对照组(P<0.01);糖尿病组龈沟液中IL-1β含量与糖化血红蛋白(HbA 1c)水平无相关性(P>0.05);糖尿病患者HbA 1c<8%组的龈沟液(GCF)IL-1β含量与HbA 1c≥8%组的无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:龈沟液IL-1β含量受全身因素调控。糖尿病患者因糖代谢等全身反应异常,龈沟液IL-1β含量显著升高,导致易患牙周炎。 Objective: To compare the IL-1β level in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) from periodontal diseases in type 2 diabetes mellitus with that from systemically healthy person and the relationship between GCF-IL-1β concentration and metabolic condition. Methods: Thirty diabetic patients and thirty systemically healthy persons were included in this study. Their GCF-IL-1β was measured by ELISA, and HbAlc levels of diabetic patients were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results: Diabetics had higher GCF-IL-1β level as compared to the control group(P〈0.01). The levels of GCF-IL-1β of diabetics did not correlate with HbAlc levels(P〉0.05). Comparing GCF- IL-1β levels of the diabetics with HbAlc〈8% and those with HbAlc≥8% ,the difference did not reach significance(P〉 0.05). Conclusions : The GCF-IL-1β level was controlled by systemic factors. The high GCF-IL-1β contents in diabetics may be a consequence of a systemic abnormal response and a more severe periodontal disease may thus be triggered
