Social Steability Problems in Tibetan Areas

藏区的社会稳定对本地区的经济社会发展和国家安全有着重要的意义。本文认为:藏区的社会稳定不是铁板一块,而是情况各异;影响藏区社会稳定的因素除了主要有达赖集团的分裂活动,更有一系列非传统因素;受非传统因素影响的各种突发事件正考验着藏区的社会管理和预警处置能力。

Social steability in Tibetan area is of great significance to local economic and social development and our country's safety. This paper holds that the social steability in Tibet depends on different situations,the influencing factors include a series of non-traditional ones besides the separatist activity of Dalai group. Various sudden events influenced by non-traditional factors are testing the Tibetan government's social administrative ablity and early warning handling ability
