摘要
讨论了在薄膜干涉中,振动方向平行于入射面入射的线偏振光能产生附加位相差π所满足的条件,并利用三种介质折射率的不同大小关系,分别得出了上方界面入射角i1的允许取值范围.
The condition under which linearly polarized light can generate additional phase difference ‘π' in film interference, is discussed when the light projects onto the incidence surface in the direction to which the polarized direction paralleled. And the reasonable values of the incidence angle i1 of the upper interface can be obtained by considering the relationship among the refractive indexes in three media.
