摘要
介绍一种多参数污水处理系统的测量仪器。仪器以ARM为核心单元,对生态化污水处理过程中3个最重要的参数,氧化还原电位、溶解氧含量和氨氮含量进行实时在线测量,仪器可以与时间一起建立时间序列的成组数据。仪器可以就地测量显示存储测量数据,也可以采用网络实时传输测量的数据,仪器中采用卡尔曼滤波算法对其中的氨气敏电极测得的数据进行处理,提高了测量的精度和数据的可靠性。
A new multi-parameter measurement instrument used for sewage disposal system was introduced. Using ARM9 as the kernel trait, this instrument is used for on-hne measurement of three important parameters of ecometabolic sewage disposal, which are oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), dissolved oxygen (DO), content of ammonia nitrogen. According to this method, this instrument can establish a group of data related to time. The instrument can get local measured data and display or store the data, and it also can get data by network transmission. It adopted Kalman filter algorithm to process the data measured by the ammonia pole, thus enhance the precision and reliability of measurement.
