摘要
为一种新型无缆自动返回式采水器设计了控制系统,详述了系统的工作原理、硬件组成及单片机的软件设计。该控制系统以单片机为核心,装载压力传感器获知水深,可控制采水器到达预定深度时的释放配重及在给定深度(1 km水深范围内)各采水瓶的关闭采样。系统联调结果表明:该系统定深准确,运行可靠,具有实用意义。
A control system for a new type auto-returned seawater sampler was designed and implemented, which was based on the utilization of a single-chip microcomputer AT89C51. Meanwhile, both the hardware circuit and software method design were presented in detail. The seawater sampler interfaces with high performance pressure transmitter to provide accurate sampling capability in the range 0- 1 km, depending on user requirements, after it cas!s away the subsidiary. Long term stability coupled with minimal interference in the process of column water sampling means this auto-returned sampler is suitable to sample at given depth.
