摘要
针对复卷机工艺对电气控制系统控制精度高的要求,利用PROFIBUS现场总线技术构建了以PLC为控制中心,矢量变频器为执行机构,OP面板为操作终端的监控系统。该系统具有很强的实用性和先进性,全数字操作,满足了复卷机的控制要求,提高了工作稳定性和成品纸的质量。详细介绍了基于PROFIBUS现场总线的网络结构、网络的组态方法和通信方式,为其他相似的电控系统的设计提供一定的技术经验。
Aim at the technology of rewind machine need high precision about electric system. Construct supervise-control system based on PLC as control center, OP panel as operate device and vector control transducer as executive by advanced PROFIBUS field-bus technology. The system is practicality advanced. And improve stability and product quality. The structure of network, configure the hardware of PROFIBUS control network and method of PROFIBUS - DP communications will be described. It supply experience for similar system.
