Analysed the design thought, principles, difficulty of developing the system, and solved the problem of power supply for detection communication circuit and blackout detection for 10 kV lines, and designed software of carrier host and background management in terms of the requirement and feature of guard against theft for 10 kV electric power equipment. This system has better function and provides higher security and reliability and is easy to use and is convenient to installation.
