摘要 新一代无线通信技术ZigBee以其低功耗、低单位成本和灵活组网等特点,广泛应用于低数据率传输的工业场合。文中介绍一种基于ZigBee无线通信平台的煤矿井下智能传感器的设计,用以实时检测各作业面的温度、湿度和瓦斯浓度,跟踪记录矿工位置并向其提供安全信息。其中硬件部分包括无线微控制器电路、传感器电路以及供电电路的设计原理;软件部分给出了ZigBee协议栈和操作系统的工作原理以及业务代码的设计流程,最后给出了该设计的实验效果与应用前景。 The new generation of wireless communication technology(ZigBee) has been widely used in low data rate industry field due to its low power, low unit cost, flexible networking features and so on. Introduced a design of smart sensor based on ZigBee protocol for workspace temperature, humidity and methane detection of underground coal mine as well as for mineworker tracing and alarm service. The design consisted of hardware part and software part with the circuit of wireless micro-controller, sensor and power supply module as the former whilst the working principles of ZigBee stack, operating system and business code as the latter, The experiment effect and the application prospect were given at last as a conclusion.
