摘要
能力是人的综合素质在行为上的外化表现。就数字时代图书馆员必须具备的职业能力和如何在继续教育中注重能力的提升方面做了一些有益的探讨。
Ability is the external expression of one＇s all around quarlity, this article is aim at the discussion of the ability of librarians in digital era and the way to improve their quarilification throught further education.
