摘要
本文从径向分布函数出发,建议并计算了一种表征不可石墨化碳整体结构规整程度的新参数——平均三维无缺陷距离(L_(tr)),并对PAN基碳纤维、碳黑和玻璃碳三种典型的不可石墨化碳的L_(tr)随热处温度的变化作了深入的分析。L_(tr)对玻璃碳缠带结构的阐明起了重要作用。
A new parameter——average three dimensional defect-free distance, L_(?),, for the characterization of non-graphitized carbon materials is proposed and determined by the radial distribution function. Further analysis of change of L_α with HTT for three kinds of typical non-graphitized carbon, e.g., PAN based carbon fiber, carbon black and glassy carbon, is performed.
