摘要 本文首次研究了周林生物频谱照射对家兔胚胎体外发育的影响,初步探讨了周林生物频谱在胚胎工程中应用的可能性。周林生物频谱分别照射家兔2-细胞胚胎3、5、7、10、15、20、25分钟,结果照射10、15、20、25分钟,可使72小时(从注射HCG后算起,即照射后48小时)桑椹胚发育率显著增加,照射20和25分钟可提高72、84、96和108小时囊胚发育率,照射10分钟和15分钟可提高108小时囊胚发育率,照射7、10、15、20和25分钟可提高96小时扩张囊胚发育率及108小时孵化囊胚发育率。周林生物频谱照射家兔16-细胞胚胎20分钟,其60小时(从注射HCG后起,即照射后12小时)致密桑椹胚发育率与对照比较差异极显著(P<0.01),囊胚、扩张囊胚和孵化囊胚发育率与对照比较无显著差异(P>0.05) Bio frequency spectrum (BFS) is a nomenclature for both the frequency and spectrum of physical information emanating from living body itself. BFS apparatus can produce BFS and have been widely used for physiotherapy in China. In this experiment,effects of the BFS on rabbit embryos′ developmental ability in vitro were observed. The two cell rabbit embryos were exposed to BFS apparatus for 3,5,7,10,15,20 or 25 minutes. The morula rates in 10,15,20 and 25 minutes groups were 92.21%,88.75%,95.00% and 90.16% respectively after the embryos were cultured in vitro for 48 hours,which were significantly higher than that of control (73.21%,P<0.05). The blastocysts rates were significantly improved in 20 and 25 minutes groups after culturing for 60 or 72 hours comparing with that of control (P<0.05). The hatching blastocysts rates in 7,10,15,20 and 25 minutes groups were 70.23%,64.94%,75.00%,96.67% and 90.16% respectively after culturing for 96 hours,which were significantly differ from the control (39.29%,P<0.01). When 16-cell rabbit embryos were exposed to BFS apparatus for 20 minutes,the compact morula rate after being cultured for 12 hours was singificantly differ from the control (60.53% vs 21.43%,P<0.01). However,the rates of blastocysts (being cultured for 48 hours) and hatching blastocysts rate (being cultured for 60 hours) were not significantly differ from the control.
