摘要
为了能够进一步激发女大学生学习轮滑课的兴趣,以提高学生的练习热情和教学质量为目的,运用了文献资料、实验对比、数理统计等方法,就轮滑教学中如何提高女大学生平衡能力进行实验研究。结果表明:实验组成绩优于对照组,教学效果优于常规教学,更能够提高学生的支撑和平衡能力,同时能够激发学生的练习兴趣,消除学生学习初期的恐惧心理,对完成整体技术和提高腿部力量等方面均有较好的效果。
In order to activate female undergraduates'interest in studying roller skating,promoting their enthusiasm and the quality of teaching,this paper performs the experimental study on how to improve balance by the method of consulting documents, contrasting, statistics and so on. The results from the investigation suggests that the experimental group (EG in short) precedes the control group, and that the results are better than former regular teaching. It can effectively improve Female Undergraduates' supporting and balance and activates female undergraduates' enthusiasm at the same time, shakes off their fears in early studying period, and makes a great effect on finishing the integrated technique and improving the strength of legs.
