摘要
在毫米波合成扫源中,扫频状态下的关键指标如扫频精度、扫描时间对测试的精度和效率起着极其重要的作用,要实现较高扫频准确度和快速的扫描就必须解决在扫频状态下非线性的补偿问题,结合实际工作,对某型毫米波合成扫源中扫频非线性产生机理进行了分析,讨论了非线性补偿的关键技术,并设计了补偿电路,在实际工作中进行了验证,取得了良好的效果。
In millimeter wave synthesized frequency -sweeping signal generators, the major properties in sweeping states, such as sweeping accuracy, sweeping time etc. play a key role in measurement precision and efficiency. Sweeping nonlinearity compensation is of critical importance in the realization of high sweeping accu- racy and fast sweeping speed. An analysis is made of the mechanism for sweeping nonlinearity occurrence, followed by an introduction of the key technologies of nonlinearity compensation in the millimeter - wave frequency synthesizer. The compensation circuits are designed and put into practical use with remarkable performance improvement.
