高盐摄入对自发性高血压大鼠循环血液中CNP及ET-1的影响 被引量:2

Effects of high-salt diet on plasma concentrations of CNP and ET-1 in spontaneously hypertensive rats

摘要 目的:观察高盐摄入对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)循环血液中内皮素-1(ET-1)及C型利钠肽(CNP)的影响。方法:将9周、28周、53周的雄性SHR做为3个不同的周龄组,每个周龄组再随机分为正常盐组和高盐组并进行编号,每组各7只,正常盐组给予饲料(含0.9%NaI),高盐组给予饲料(含4%NaI),共饲养3周,应用放射免疫分析技术检测各周龄组血浆中的ET-1及CNP的浓度。结果:无论是正常盐饮食还是高盐饮食,随着周龄的增加SHR的血压均升高,血液中CNP和ET-1水平也呈增龄性增加;在不同周龄组的SHR中,与正常盐组相比,高盐组SHR的血液中CNP降低,而ET-1水平升高。结论:盐负荷使SHR血液中CNP降低和ET-1升高可能是其血压增龄性升高的一个重要机制。 Objective; To investigate the effects of highsalt on plasma concen-trations of CNP and ET-1 in spontaneously hypertensive rats, Methods: MaleSHR were used as experimeutal animals,and they were divided into three groups : 9-week-old (9w), 28-week-old (28w) and 53-week-old (53w). Each group was divided into two sub-groups randomly: normal-salt (0. 9%NaCI) diet or high-salt (4%NaCI) diet, Each sub-groups was feeded for 3 weeks before the study. Plasma concentrations of CNP and ET-1 were measured by radioimmunoassay and were compared between normal-salt diet and high-salt diet. Results:The sistolic blood pressure increased,plasma concentrations of CNP were decreased and plasma concentrations of ET-1 increased with ageing . Compared with normal-salt diet, plasma concentrations of CNP significantly increased in all three age groups with high-salt diet(P〈0, 05) ; , compared with normalsalt diet, plasma concentrations of ET-1 increased in all three age groups with high-salt diet(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The changes of CNP and ET-1 expression may be the base of blood pressure increase with ageing in salt-sensitive SHR.
