膜联蛋白Ⅰ在子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜组织中的表达变化及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症（内异症）是育龄妇女的常见病，发病率达10％。虽然，内异症是良性病变，但其病理过程表现出浸润、转移等恶性疾病的特征。目前，有关内异症发生的分子机制尚不清楚。我们利用蛋白质组学研究发现，膜联蛋白家族成员——膜联蛋白Ⅰ（annexinⅠ）可能为内异症疾病相关蛋白。本研究采用免疫组化、实时定量PCR及蛋白印迹的方法，检测annexinⅠ在非内异症患者子宫内膜和内异症患者在位内膜中的表达情况，旨在探讨annexinⅠ在内异症发病中的作用。
