依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死48例 被引量:20

摘要 目的:观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择发病72h内的脑梗死患者94例,随机分为依达拉奉治疗组48例和对照组46例。治疗组应用依达拉奉静脉滴注,剂量为30mg,2次/d,共计14d,余治疗组与对照组相同。结果:依达拉奉治疗组临床神经功能缺损评分及日常生活活动能力改善均较对照组有显著差异,未见明显不良反应。结论:依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
