托吡酯单药治疗各型癫痫282例 被引量：5

摘要 目的：观察托吡酯（TPM）单药治疗各型癫痫的临床疗效,不良反应及用药方法.方法：对282例癫痫患者予TPM单药治疗,儿童起始量为6.25～12.5 mg或0.5mg/kg·d,每周增量0.5mg/kg,成人起始量为25mg/d,每周增加量6.25～25 mg,直至增至最佳有效量或最大耐受量200mg/d.结果：TPM治疗各型癫痫总有效率为89.3%,药物不良反应主要为厌食、消瘦、记忆力减退等.结论：TPM单药能有效控制各型癫痫发作,成人和儿童疗效无明显差异.
