应用硅胶印模技术评估泌汗功能

摘要 发汗试验是确定自主神经损害部位、范围及其程度的重要手段之一。硅胶印模技术是一种采用硅胶材料贴敷皮肤以记录皮肤纹理及汗腺分泌情况的非损伤性定量评估泌汗功能的方法。此技术可为某些合并发汗神经纤维损害的疾病提供诊断依据,可以动态观察实验动物的神经损伤及再生情况。本文对硅胶印模技术加以报道,并对其检测人和小鼠泌汗功能的敏感性及可重复性进行研究。
