脑星形细胞瘤中水通道蛋白-4表达的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨在脑星形细胞瘤中的水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)表达异常与瘤周水肿、肿瘤分级的关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色法检测正常脑组织和星形细胞瘤中AQP-4蛋白的表达,并进行脑水肿的相关性分析。结果:星形细胞瘤AQP-4蛋白的表达较正常脑组织上调(P<0.05),高、低级别星形细胞瘤的AQP-4蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。AQP-4蛋白的表达和星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿指数呈显著负相关(r=-0.8247,P<0.05)。结论:AQP-4在星形细胞瘤中的高表达与瘤周水肿的发生密切相关;随着肿瘤的级别增加,AQP-4表达的上调也越明显。
