非小细胞肺癌中MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达与临床病理关系

Expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in relation to clinicopathological factors of non-small-cell lung cancer

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,检测41例NSCLC标本及19例癌旁组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达水平,并探讨其与NSCLC的临床病理学特征之间的关系。结果:41例NSCLC中,MMP-9和TIMP-1的阳性表达率分别为65.9%和58.5%,MMP-9和TIMP-1的高表达与淋巴结转移、病理类型显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9、TIMP-1与NSCLC侵袭转移密切相关。

Objective： To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in non-smalt-cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and the relationship with their clinicopathological factors. Methods： Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 41 cases of NSCLC and 19 cases of paracancerous tissues. Results： In 41 cases with NSCLC , the expression rate of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were 65.9% and 58.5% respectively. It was significant higher in NSCLC than that in paracancerous tissues （P〈0. 05）. Lymph node involvement and histological type had a significant positive correlation with overexpression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion.. MMP-9 and TIMP-1 correlate positively and play important roles in the development and progression of NSCLC.
