城郊失地农民的社会认同困境与社会政策的完善

Dilemma of Social Identity of Suburban Peasants Losing Their Lands and Improvement of the Relative Policy and Management

城郊失地农民在市民化的过程中面临着各种社会认同困境。因此,要完善征地补偿安置和社会保障政策,提高政策满意度;优化就业政策体系,提高就业能力;完善撤村建居管理和服务,加强社区建设;健全教育政策,提高文化科技素质,以增进城郊失地农民的制度、经济、文化以及市民身份认同。

Suburban peasants are finding themselves in an awkward predicament in the process of urbanization; they suffer from the social identity of status, institution, economy, culture and suchlike. So it is requisite to perfect the compensation and aftercare of expropriating lands and social security policy for satisfactory exaltation, to optimize employment mechanism and elevate landworkers＇ competence of second obtaining employment, to remove the village regime to community, to consummate educational policy and exalt peasants＇ technical and cultural quality. All those are for the augment of suburban peasants＇ social identity of policy, economy, culture and townspeople＇s identification after losing their lands.
