本文是笔者主持的2004年度国家社科基金项目《中国藏语报刊发展史研究》之研究总体思路的简要表述。它涉及对中国藏语报刊历史研究的范畴、背景、历史阶段和学术意义等四个方面的思考,并基本确立该课题研究的总体构架。

This paper is the brief description of the general mentality when I hosted in the year 2004 the Research on the Development History of Chinese Press in Tibetan Language which is our country's annual social-science program,which involves four aspects of the historical research:category,background,histori- cal stage and academic significance.Meanwhile,the general structure of this topic has been basically eatab- lished.
