摘要 从热处理工艺对室温、高温拉伸性能的影响和试验温度对拉伸性能的影响两个方面分析了CrNiMoBNb16-16钢组织和力学性能之间的关系。试验结果表明,随着试验温度(20~650℃)的提高,强度下降比较明显,而塑性有所下降。对于此实验钢,温锻要比高温锻造时的综合性能好。经金相分析,其性能的变化与其化学成分中的铌有着密切的联系。 The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of CrNiMoBNb16-16 steel were analyzed based on the room temperature and elevated temperature tensile properties after different heat treatments and at different test temperature. The results show that the strength decreases greatly and plasticity decreases a little with the increase of testing temperature (from 20℃ to 650℃).To this steel, the comprehensive properties after warmworking is better than that after high-temperature forging. Analysed by metallography, the change of its properties is connection with niobium in its chemical composition.
