摘要
讨论了65Mn弹簧夹紧夹头热处理工艺的制定过程,分析表明,对65Mn弹簧夹紧夹头柄部采用高温度短时间局部回火工艺,可以有效避免局部回火过程中对头部产生影响;然后进行低温度长时间的低温回火工艺,保证了65Mn弹簧夹紧夹头残余应力的有效释放。经过此工艺处理的夹头,其硬度和韧性均达到了使用要求,使用寿命大大提高。
The heat treatment process for 65Mn collect chuck was discussed. Analyses show that the stalk of collect chuck adopts localized high-temperature tempering for short time,which can efficiently avoid the effect on the head during localized tempering. The residual stress can be sufficiently released by low-temperature tempering for long time. Collecting chuck treated by this process achieves the designed hardness, toughness and service life.
