摘要
研究了离心铸造下Cu-Co-Ni-Be合金的热处理强化工艺,用导电仪和拉伸试验机测试了合金的电性能和力学性能,用金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察合金的组织和断口形貌。结果表明:合金经940℃×1h固溶+450℃×3 h时效处理后,其硬度为101.5 HRB,电导率为39.7%IACS,抗拉强度为820.1 MPa,伸长率为14%,软化温度为570℃;合金拉伸断口呈大量韧窝,断口为韧性断裂,合金具有良好的综合性能。
The heat-treatment strengthening process of Cu-Co-Ni-Be alloy as-cast was studied.The electrical and mechanical properties of Cu-Co-Ni-Be alloy were tested by electrical conductivity tester and universal materials testing machine, and its microstructure and fracture morphology were observed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and optical microscope (OM).The results show that, after 960℃ ×1.5 h solution+480℃×3 h aging treatment, its hardness, electrical conductivity, elongation and soft-temperature is up to 101.SHRB, 39.7%IACS , 14%, 570℃ respectively, and lots of dimple exists in fracture morphology of tensile, fracture is ductile rupture and the alloy has good integrated properties.
