摘要
文章对河南省县级农业科研机构的历史和现状进行了考察和分析,探讨了目前基层农业科研机构所面临的问题及其成因,在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。
History and current situations of agricultural science research stations at counties were investigated and analyzed in the paper. The problems encountered by these stations and the causes were also analyzed. The corresponding strategies and suggestions to deal with these problems were put forward.
