摘要
自古以来,土地就是一切经济活动的基础,是人类生存与发展的基本条件,但近年来,在我国由于"空心村"问题的存在,造成了大量土地浪费的现象。文章从"空心村"的现状入手,分析了其缺乏法律规范、村级规划滞后、城乡人口流动、缺乏土地流转机制以及村民思想意识尚未转变等形成原因,并依此提出了提高土地复耕率的对策。
Since the ancient times, the land is foundation of all economic activity, and it is the basic condition of human survival and development. However, there were a lot of land had been wasted in recent years because of ＂hollow village＂ in our country. From the current situation of ＂hollow villages＂, causes of formation of ＂hollow villages＂ were analyzed in the paper, i,e., short of the legal standard, lag behind of plan of villages, transfer of rural labors to cities, short of circulation mechanism of land and villagers＇ conservative ideology. According to these reasons, some countermeasures to boost land rehabilitation were put forward.
