临床孤立综合征 被引量：2

摘要 85％的多发性硬化（MS）患者是以急性或亚急性的单一白质损害的神经功能障碍形式起病，常表现为单一的视神经炎，或一个孤立的脑干症状，或单纯的部分脊髓症状，这就是所说的临床孤立综合征（CIS）。因为CIS常常是MS的早期临床表现，对CIS的研究将为防止MS的进展提供有益的帮助。
