摘要 提出了一种基于水平集拓扑优化的车身结构轻量化研究方法,该方法非常适合于处理车身结构设计中大量存在的多孔连续性结构体的拓扑优化.运用构造的基于水平集的数值方法,对车身近似二维的典型结构件发动机罩内板进行拓扑优化.结果表明,基于水平集的拓扑优化方法应用于车身结构轻量化研究是可行和有效的. A new approach based on the level set method for structural topology optimization was presented for study on lightweight of auto-body structures. Such level set method can easily and naturally handle the topology changes of complex multi-porous continuous structures. A well-founded numerical process was presented to implement the structural optimization process with several close to 2D structures of auto-body and make them to be converged to an optimum weight solution with satisfying specified constraints such as the deformation of structure, energy-absorbing ratio of crashworthiness etc. The conclusion is that using the level set method for structural topology optimization in lightweight design of auto-body structure is feasible and effective.
