高职院校心理咨询工作误区及对策

Misunderstandings of the Work of Psychological Consultation in Vocational-Technical Colleges and Countermeasures

文章指出了高职院校心理咨询工作存在的误区:忽视教职员工特别是教师的心理问题;将学校思想教育工作混同于心理咨询工作;心理咨询的对象和范围不够明确;神化心理咨询的效果;心理咨询工作被动,忽视心理问题的筛选、排查及危机干预;心理咨询工作的宣传不够,心理健康的普及教育不足;心理咨询工作与学校教育教学工作脱节。并提出了相应的对策。

The article brings forward some misunderstandings in the work of psychological consultation in vocational- technical coUeges： neglecting the psychological problems of teaching and administrative staff, especially teachers ; confusing ideological education work with the work of psychological consultation ; the object and scope of psychological consultation is indefinite; deifying the effect of psychological consultation; the work of psychological consultation is passive, neglecting the screen and check of psychological problem, and neglecting crisis intervention ; the propaganda of the work of psychological consultation is not enough, and the universal education of psychological health is insufficient; the work of psychological consultation divorces from the work of education and teaching. The article also puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
