应力作用下的钛酸钡/钛酸锶超晶格的热力学性质

The Thermodynamic Properties of BaTIO_3/SrTiO_3 Superlattices with the Effects of Stress

摘要 应用朗道——德文希尔理论研究了生长在(001)SrTiO3上的BaTiO3/SrTiO3超晶格的热力学性质。计算结果表明:通过改变生长在(001)SrTiO3上的BT/ST双层超晶格的层比例,可以得到不同的热电响应和电滞回线。 The thermodynamic properties of BaTIO3/SrTiO3 superlattices on (001)SrTiO3 substrate are investigated by means of Landau - Devonshire theory. It is found that we can obtain the different pyroelectric response and electric hysteresis loops by changing the ratio of SrTiO3 layers.
