摘要
结合配电网重构和PSS/A软件,建立了一套综合考虑配电网经济性和可靠性的评估方法,用停电损失来经济量化可靠性的指标,并综合考虑经济投资、线路损耗、检修费用等,解决了经济性和可靠性的矛盾。该方法可以用于综合评估不同配网方案的经济性和可靠性,也可以用于判断方案修改的经济可取性。方法引入了可靠性惩罚系数,考虑了停电损失的权重,满足了实际不同配电网对可靠性的不同要求。通过算例分析了在不同负荷密度下对配电网接线方式的选择。
A method to evaluate both economy and reliability of distribution network was established, combining with distribution network reconfiguration and software of PSS/A. Using power customer interruption cost to describe reliability index, with consideration of economic investment, network loss, maintenance cost and so on, it solved the problem between economy and reliability. This method can be used for integrated economic and reliability evaluation of different distribution network programs and can also be used to judge the economic availability of a program after it is modified, It introduced reliability weight to satisfy different reliability demands from different distribution networks, The testing example established with this method presented the choice of different connection modes in distribution systems based on load density .
