牛乳中乳过氧化物酶的分离纯化技术 被引量:2

摘要 牛乳经离心脱脂、酶凝乳除酪蛋白后,通过强阳离子交换色谱分离纯化得到乳过氧化物酶,利用考马斯亮蓝、SDS-PAGE定性定量检测。结果表明:每毫升牛乳能提取乳过氧化物酶0.027mg,纯度为97%。
