摘要
本文采用P2000型泵与UV260型光谱仪及其流动池附件联用的方法,在光谱仪时间扫描方式中得到色谱流出曲线图,并采用光谱仪的六波长方式对峰面积进行积分,替代高效液相色谱仪对番茄中多首灵的消解状况及动态残留量进行了研究.
In this paper, by using the UV-260 spectrophotometer and P2000 HPLC pump united with flowcell, we obtain chromatogram from time scanning, and the integral for the peak with six waves. Much work was done on the decrease and developing remain of carbendazim in tomato.
