甲胎蛋白在肝癌细胞系HepG2不同亚群中的差异表达分析 被引量：2

摘要 甲胎蛋白（AFP）对原发性肝癌的诊断及预后有临床意义，病理学证实其在肝癌组织中的表达具有显著异质性，但其分布规律及意义尚不明确。成熟肝细胞AFP表达为阴性，原始幼稚细胞（如被认为是肝祖细胞的卵圆细胞）AFP表达常为阳性。肝癌组织中AFP差异表达可能反映肝癌细胞在分化程度上的差异。利用流式细胞荧光激活分选法可获得组织中具有原始干细胞特征的成体细胞，
