Advances in research on aquaglyceroporin and glycerol transport

摘要 水甘油通道蛋白是一类既可以运输水分子,又可以运输甘油等小分子物质的水通道蛋白。人类的AQP3、7、9和10属于这个类别,它们调节的甘油运输对于机体物质代谢具有重要的生理意义。本文从水甘油通道蛋白的基本情况、成员、功能以及与疾病的关系等方面阐述了水甘油通道蛋白研究方面的最新进展。 Aquaglyceroporin is a kind of water channels (aquaporins) which can transport both water and other small mobecular substances, such as glycerol. AQP3, 7, 9, and 10 are subcategorized as aquaglyceroporins. Glycerol transport regulated by aquaglyceroporins has important physiological significance and its abnormality will lead to appearance of related diseases. In this review, the recent progress in research on aquaglyceroporin' s basic character, members, function and related disease is introduced.
