抗血管生成肿瘤疫苗研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in research on vaccines targeting cancer angiogenesis

摘要 研究发现,肿瘤的生长和转移依赖于血管的生成,如果抑制肿瘤新生血管的形成就可以有效抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和转移。越来越多的证据表明,以血管相关抗原为靶点的疫苗可以引发机体产生特异性细胞或体液免疫反应,抑制血管的形成,从而起到阻止肿瘤细胞生长和转移的作用。目前,针对肿瘤血管生成的疫苗治疗已成为肿瘤研究的热点及肿瘤治疗的新策略。本文就目前所进行的抗肿瘤血管生成的疫苗研究情况作一综述。 Angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessels, is essential for cancer growth and metastasis. Recently, different anti-angiogenesis therapeutic vaccine strategies have been reported to inhibit cancer growth and metastasis by induction of specific cellular and/or humoral immunity against angiogenesis-associated antigens in pre-clinical models, suggesting effective combination of anti-angiogenesis and cancer immunotherapy. Here, we provide an up-to-date overview of the growing number of reports on vaccines targeting cancer angiogenesis.
