摘要
采用8个微卫星座位对福建省5个地方品种猪(槐猪、官庄花猪、莆田黑猪、闽北花猪、武夷黑猪)的遗传结构进行了分析,计算了遗传杂合度(H)、有效等位基因数、多态信息含量(PIC)、Nei氏标准遗传距离.结果表明:8个微卫星位点均为高度多态位点;5个品种间的遗传多样性比较高;8个微卫星位点H平均为0.7006-0.7760;PIC为0.6917-0.7609;莆田黑猪与闽北花猪的遗传距离最小(0.5531),官庄花猪与闽北花猪的遗传距离最大(0.8618).
Eight microsatellite DNA markers were used to study the genetic diversity of five indigenous pig breeds ( Huai pig, Ganzhuang pig, Putian pig, Minbei pig, Wuyi pig). Heterozygosity, effective number of alleles, polymorphism information content (PIC) and Nei's standard genetic distance were counted. The results showed as follows: 8 microsatellite loci were high polymorphism; the genetic diversity in five populations was higher; and the average genetic heterozygosity was between 0.7006 and 0.7760; the.average polymorphism information content was between 0.6917 and 0.7609. The genetic distance between Putian pig and Minbei pig was the nearest (0.5531) , while the genetic distance between Guanzhuang pig and Minbei pig was the furthest (0.8618).
