摘要
利用电化学的极化曲线及交流阻抗技术研究了22Cr双相不锈钢在不同条件下耐点蚀特性。结果表明:22Cr双相不锈钢的自腐蚀和点蚀倾向随温度升高而增大,而阴阳极反应机理不变;且在模拟现场环境下具有优良的耐点蚀性能。
The characteristics of pit corrosion of 22Cr duplex stainless steel in different conditions is investigated by using electrochemical polarization curve and AC impedance technique. The results show that the trend of self-corrosion and pitting corrosion is increased with temperature rise, but reaction mechanism of cathode and anode is not changed and it have good pit resistance in simulated environment.
