摘要
介绍了某中央处理厂中预冷器设计基本情况,提出了薄管板固定管板换热器设计选材、结构设计、设计计算和制造检验等一套系统、完整的作法。从薄管板进一步引伸甲醛、合成氯、硫磺回收装置中薄管板废热锅炉与厚管板废热锅炉无法相比的优点和实际生产情况,供从事这些工作的同行参考和借鉴。
Described is basic case of precooler design in certain central processing facility. Put forward is a set of systematic and integral practices for material selection, structure design, design calculation, fabrication and test of fixed thin tube plate heat exchanger. Combined with the thin tube plate, described are advantages and practical production cases of thin tube plate waste heat boiler in formaldehyde, synthetic ammonia and sulfur recovery units. These practices and viewpoints are beneficial to those being engaged in these works.
