摘要
以压电陶瓷微位移驱动原理为基础,分析了激光器腔长控制原理,进而设计了一个包括单片机、压电陶瓷驱动电源、信号采集及处理电路、显示电路组成的闭环控制系统。该系统能自动寻找到激光器工作的最佳状态,并维持在该状态。
Based on the principle of micro-displacement of piezoelectric ceramic, the controlling principle of the cavity length is analyzed in the ring laser and a closed-loop controlling system is designed. The whole system includes a single-chip, piezoelectric micro power supply, the signal acquiring and processing circuit and the display circuit. The system could automatically find out the best state of the laser, and keep laser the best state.
