摘要
在体育教学改革中对部分大学生进行了"和谐教学"实验,在测定分析实施"和谐教学"前后学生身体素质及体育成绩的基础上,对体育课"和谐教学"作了探讨."和谐教学"符合高校体育与健康新课程标准思想,能够有效地提高学生对体育课的兴趣,有利于促进学生的身心健康和个性发展.
In the teaching innovation of physical education, tests of harmonious teaching were carried out on some college students. Based on the analyses of students' physical qualities and sporting performances before and after its implementation, this paper discusses the harmonious teaching in physical education. In accord with the thouthts in the new syllabi of college physical and health education, the harmonious teaching can effectively stimulate students" interest in physical education, which is beneficial for promoting their physical and mental health and personal development.
